2000s - Foundation
Rooted in a family legacy of helmet manufacturing, our founder grew up immersed in the world of premium sports protection. With decades of experience designing helmets that prioritize helmet safety solutions for cycling, snow, and equestrian disciplines, this foundation provided deep insight into performance, safety, and the need for advanced brain protection through impact management technology and protective gear integration.
2021 - Mission
Recognizing that traditional helmets offered limited helmet safety solutions for brain protection, we partnered with the Nano and Advanced Materials Institute (now named ASTRI) in Hong Kong to pioneer a new impact management technology approach. This marked the beginning of our mission to enhance protective gear integration and redefine head safety.
2023 - Scientific Validation
Our prototype bicycle helmet achieved Virginia Tech’s 5-star safety rating, validating the effectiveness of our patented polymer in reducing both linear and rotational impacts. This milestone not only confirms our vision with respected, independent testing but also highlights our commitment to helmet safety solutions through advanced impact management technology and protective gear integration.
2026 - Global Recognition
Our technology, dxp®, was honored with the Gold Award at the Edison Awards for its significant contributions to helmet safety solutions, advancing material science, and setting a new benchmark in helmet innovation through its impact management technology and protective gear integration.

We now offer dxp® as a protective layer engineered for seamless integration into helmets and protective gear.
